Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the return and refund procedures of Chakrellwrezir. We comply with EU Consumer Rights Directive and Dutch consumer protection law.

Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email to help-deskinfos-@chakrellwrezir.world). You may use the model withdrawal form available from the European Commission, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

Return of Goods

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Goods must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and unsealed after delivery, or to perishable goods. For dietary supplements, the right may be limited if the product has been opened.
